The people are friendly and helpful. Service is done quickly and they do not try to sell you anything you don't need. They are also are willing to help find additional services that Glen Toyota cannot provide.

Everything went extremely well but with one oddity. When I attempted to make an appointment, I had gone through various prompts including to the service center before getting one to actually make the appt. Many rings later I was prompted to leave a message. No one called back. Several hours later I tried again and again left a message and again no one called back. Two days later I was successful in getting a human and they had no clue as to why no one answered no less not calling back. Got the appointment and all went well from there but it remains a mystery. Almost had to go elsewhere. A big positive. Both sets of keys were failing. Instead of having to buy new ones at great expense, the service rep had the batteries replaced for 5 bucks each. Wonderful! Didn't know that was possible.
Fast and efficient service experience. Technician reset the computer to turn off the Check Engine Light. I had already discovered the problem and tightened the gas cap myself prior to my visit. This is a silly visit. There should be a way for me to have resolved this issue myself without having to use your service facility. The coffee and bagel was great though!
I have dealt with this dealership in the past. They are excellent. Friendly courteous honest. Their work is done well and on a timely basis.
