Apparently the people who wrote all those five-stars review don't care about prizes. It is THE ONLY dealer in north NJ (I was shopping for Toyota and visited 4 other dealerships)that has the routine of adding few THOUSANDS dollars to the sticker with hand-written note:" Market adjustment"!!!!!!! It's a slap in the face message to the customer: " Hey it's seller market, buy it or someone else will buy it". I will NEVER visit Glen Toyota for as long as they will be practicing such arrogant scalping technique. By the way: Another dealer sold me good car for good price. Where do you think I will go next time I need a car?

I was told that my recall would be fixed once they got the piece. When I went in for my next service it was not discussed with me even though I put it on the checklist to be done at the dealer. Another time I was given a checklist for my fluids and it stated that my coolant levels were good. When I got home, my husband checked and I had no coolant. I then had to go back out and buy coolant.
